7. Reconnect electrica to new air conditioner.
8. Install copper air conditioning lines making connections to the outdoor condenser and the evaporator coil.
9. Provide a new 220 Volt electrical circuit with breaker directly from your existing electrical panel for the air conditioning system.
10. Install a new electrical sub panel to accommodate your new air conditioner.
11. Place and level a pad for the condener.
12. Perform all cutting an coring, through wood and/ or concrete as required, sealing all such holes upon completion.
13. Remove and dispose of old equipment and all debris.
14. Use protective floor coverings and/or shoe covers to protect your home for the duration of the project.
15. Perform star up and test procedure to ensure optimum performance of new equipment.
16. Process all manufacturers' warranties.
